Kriti Sanon and Aditya Roy Kapur to star in Mohit Suri’s next?

Filmmaker Mohit Suri who last made 'Half Girlfriend', is busy getting ready to take his next project on floors. He has roped in Aditya Roy Kapur as the lead that it is touted to be a "different" role. Now, it looks like the female lead has also been finalized.

According to reports, Kriti Sanon has been roped in to star opposite Aditya in this untitled project. Apparently, Mohit was keen to get her on board and even managed to get a verbal confirmation from the star. However, an official announcement is still awaited. What’s more? Rumours doing the rounds hint at the film being a romantic thriller that may also feature another male lead.

The project is expected to start rolling in the coming months, once Kriti wraps up her current venture.
John Abraham to be paired opposite debutante Aisha Sharma in ‘SMJ’

John Abraham will soon be seen starring in a high octane thriller written and directed by Milap Zaveri. The shoot for the film being produced by Nikkhil Advani and Bhushan Kumar went on floors on Tuesday with the director taking to Twitter to share, “And we roll! 'SMJ' mahurat shot done!”


Latest reports state that John has found his on-screen love interest in debutante Aisha Sharma. She is the younger sister of ‘Tum Bin II’ actress Neha Sharma and started out her career in the modelling industry. Aisha has been prepping for the role by attending various workshops and diction classes before she begins shooting with the cast on March 18.

Kriti Sanon to star opposite Sidharth Malhotra in ‘Ek Villain’ sequel?

Fresh on the heels of her last success ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’, Kriti Sanon has started shooting her next alongside Diljit Dosanjh for Dinesh Vijan’s ‘Arjun Patiala’. As per latest reports, the actress has grabbed yet another interesting project in her kitty. Reportedly, Kriti will be starring in director Mohit Suri’s ‘Ek Villain 2’ opposite Sidharth Malhotra. However, no official statement has been released by the makers yet. The earlier film ‘Ek Villain’ starred Shraddha Kapoor in the leading role opposite Sidharth. Meanwhile, Sid sees the release of his long-postponed ‘Aiyaary’ today.

Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and newbie Warina Hussain starrer ‘Loveratri’ is making all the right noises ever since it has been announced. Given the debut of both the lead actors and also the directorial debut of Abhiraj Minawala, the film has had fans’ interest piquing right from its inception.

The lead pair Aayush and Warina were spotted together outside a dance class. Warina was seen clad in a grey top and black yoga capris and Aayush was seen sporting a white tee, red jacket, black joggers and white sneakers.

The film is reportedly a love story based in Gujarat. Aayush plays a Gujarati boy and Warina will be seen as his love interest.
Priya Varrier to share screen space with Ranveer Singh in ‘Simmba’?

In some earlier interviews, Priya Varrier had claimed to be a major fan of Ranveer Singh. Looks like her dream of acting alongside Ranveer is about to be fulfilled if rumours are anything to go by. The 18-year-old internet sensation may have landed a role in Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Simmba’.

Reports state that the actress has landed a role opposite him in the Rohit Shetty directorial. Her role is not too big in the film, but Bollywood is interested in her on account of her popularity and Karan Johar, the film’s co-producer looks forward to making the most of her instant fame.

Race 3: Salman Khan as Sikander is ‘selfless over selfish,’ see his first look

Race franchise is all about high octane action and a thrilling plot, and with Salman Khancoming on board for its third installment, the makers have scaled up all the parameters of the film. Salman, who is the new addition to the Race family, shared his first look from the film and his fans cannot go keep calm about it. His suited attire is complete with a gun in hand and Salman, like always, is acing the entire look. In fact, he has something interesting to say about his character. With the first look, the actor wrote, “Is hafte milata hoon #Race3 ki family se … mera naam hai Sikander. Selfless over selfish . (This week, I will make you meet the Race 3 family. My name is Sikander. I’m selfless over selfish.)

Earlier, sharing a 13-second clip on his official Twitter handle, Salman released the logo of the action film.

The logo was shared in a teaser format in which we hear Salman say “On your marks, Get set, Ready, Go!” at the beginning of the clip. With some pumped-up music in the background, we are then introduced to Race 3’s logo. Jacqueline also took to social media to share the logo with the caption, “Just 3 months to go!! 💥”




This is for the first time when Salman would be working with director Remo D’Souza. Race 3 also brings back the Kick jodi of Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez. While the entire cast has undergone extensive changes, the only actor who continues to be part of the franchise is Anil Kapoor.



Apart from Salman, Race 3 also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Daisy Shah.
Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif in India’s biggest dance film

Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif are all set to team up for India’s biggest dance film to be helmed by choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza. The film is reportedly expected to go on floors later this year.

While Bhushan Kumar feels Varun is a born entertainer and Katrina has a mesmerising presence, Remo says that he feels happy to direct Varun and Katrina who have proved their versatility as dancers.


Speaking of being a part of India’s biggest dance film, Varun said, “It’s a huge achievement to work with Remo on what’s going to be India’s biggest dance film. I performed once in New York with Katrina and it was electric. She’s going to bring her ‘A’ game, so I need to get back in shape as well. Bhushan is not only a strong producer but also contributes creatively, especially in the music department.”
Elaborating more, Katrina added, “I am excited to be joining Remo’s vision. Varun’s passion is wonderful; he works tirelessly to create magic on screen. And, Bhushan Kumar, with his understanding of market dynamics as a producer, will ensure this turns out to be the most talked-about film of 2019. I can’t wait to start this journey.”

The film is expected to release on November 8, 2019.
